Shipping Policy

After you place your order, it usually takes 1–2 working days to prepare and process.
All orders are fulfilled through our EU logistics hub, ensuring smooth customs clearance and fast delivery across the UK & EU.

Once dispatched, delivery normally takes 4–9 working days, depending on your location.
(During peak seasons, processing time may take slightly longer.)

NOTE: We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.


Refunds & Returns Policy

14-day return for non-food items. Refund guaranteed for expired or damaged food products.

For non-food and unopened items, we provide a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Please ensure the product remains unused, sealed, and in its original condition.

For food and perishable items, returns are not accepted for hygiene reasons —
however, if your order arrives expired, close to expiry , or damaged, we will provide a refund or replacement immediately.
